David has served with Liberal Cabinet Ministers in six departments - lastly as Executive Assistant to the Minister of International Trade. David has managed a wide variety of government relations campaigns. St. Francis Xavier University (Bachelor of Business Administration) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
