Over the last 15 years, Frank Schiller has worked in public affairs, government, politics and business.  He has successfully managed trade associations and coalitions.  Frank has worked for several distinguished Canadian politicians and federal ministries, and he has some good experience in Washington, DC.

With Frank you get helpful advice.  Since becoming a shareholder in IGRG in 1999, he services clients across industrial sectors and public policy areas, including marine transportation, Arctic development, news and entertainment, international trade, procurement, intellectual property and more.  You get customized and effective campaigns and public affairs.

Frank also worked for the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency back in 1993, and he had great experiences on projects involving Defence Construction, Canada Post, the  Royal Canadian Mint and the Canada Mortgage Housing.  Back then, Frank also managed the passage of several pieces of legislation related to government operations, infrastructure and the Canadian constitution. He also successfully managed regional development and complex government procurement files.

Frank is known for his integrity, his specialized and unique understanding of the machinery of government, Canada-US relations, news and communications, and most importantly, his dedication to client requirements.

As a British Chevening Scholar, Frank graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science in Comparative Politics (1996), and received a Bachelor of Arts, High Honours in Philosophy and Political Science from Carleton University, Ottawa (1992).
