Over the last 15 years, Frank Schiller has  worked in government, politics,  lobbying and public affairs.  He has successfully established and managed trade associations and coalitions.  Frank has also worked for several distinguished Canadian politicians and federal ministries, and he has some experience in Washington, DC.

With his experience in government, Frank provides IGRG clients with strategic advice on a wide range of issues. Working for the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, he served in a senior capacity on projects involving Defence Construction, Canada Post, Royal Canadian Mint, and Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation.  Frank was also responsible for managing the passage of several pieces of government legislation related to government operations, infrastructure and the Canadian constitution. He also successfully managed regional development and complex government procurement files.

Since joining IGRG in 1999, Frank has served a variety of organizations across industrial sectors and public policy areas, including marine and aviation transportation, northern development, security, international trade & softwood lumber, government procurement, health and intellectual property, and more.

He is known for his integrity, understanding of the machinery of government, Canada-US relations, and dedication to client requirements.

Frank was a British Chevening Scholar and graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science in Comparative Politics (1996), and received a Bachelor of Arts, High Honours in Philosophy and Political Science from Carleton University, Ottawa (1992).

Frank  was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario.  He currently lives in Ottawa with his wife and their dog.
